Aman Magoon is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Adonis, a revenue intelligence and automation platform helping hospitals, health systems, and physician groups improve their financial outcomes. Backed by Point72 Ventures, General Catalyst, and Bling Capital, Adonis represents Aman's mission to transform the business of healthcare. Before Adonis, Aman was part of the founding team at Nayya as VP of Product, and held product and operations leadership roles at LiveRamp. He began his career as a data science consultant at Deloitte and EY, advising clients in finance and capital markets.

Esees is an incoming master's student at the University of Oxford and a recent graduate of Barnard College of Columbia University, where she studied Political Science and Human Rights. Following Oxford, she plans to attend law school and is interested in pursuing a career in health or human rights law. She is also passionate about entrepreneurship and has worked with Columbia Startup Lab and in the family office space, where she gained experience working directly with founders of both private and public companies. She hopes to continue innovating and engaging with the startup ecosystem alongside her legal education and policy work.

Dr. Harpreet Singh studies the formation of Sikh tradition in early modern South Asia through foundational texts and manuscript scholarship. His research focuses on how religious communities articulated distinct forms of authority in Mughal Panjab. His first book, The Ẓafarnāma of Guru Gobind Singh (Harvard Oriental Series, 2025), demonstrates how the tenth Sikh Guru deployed Persian literary mastery as a sovereign act, transforming Mughal conventions into instruments of political judgment.

Ishmeet is a sophomore at The University of Texas at Dallas, double majoring in Computer Science and Business Analytics. He has hands-on experience building full-stack applications — working across modern frameworks, integrating third-party APIs, and incorporating AI tools into production workflows. His interest sits at the intersection of engineering and product, where he is passionate about applying artificial intelligence to design scalable systems that drive meaningful business growth. Outside the classroom, he is drawn to the start-up ecosystem and the question of how the next generation of Sikh technologists can build, ship, and lead the products that matter most.

Jannat Bhinder is a Consulting Manager at Deloitte, where she leads large-scale transformation initiatives across complex organizations, driving program execution, operational strategy, and executive alignment. She is also the founder of Virsae, a consultancy at the intersection of strategy and culture, focused on helping women build business acumen, personal infrastructure, and positioning clarity to operate like businesses — not just professionals or creatives. She is passionate about increasing representation and redefining leadership for the next generation of Sikh professionals, grounded in both excellence and authenticity.

Dr. Pritpal Singh is a Physician Executive with Cigna where he serves as a Mentor to Health Management teams by providing clinical insight, educational support, and healthcare solutions & strategies. Himself a product of Sikh camps and retreats, he facilitates workshops and projects which aim to fight both religious and political oppression through reflection, self-introspection, and activism. Pritpal is a board member of Coppell Education Foundation, which supports education by distributing resources for innovative learning.

Satwant Singh is senior vice president of direct-to-consumer at the NBA, where he is responsible for growing the league's global subscription streaming service, NBA League Pass, in nearly 200 countries. Before joining the NBA, Singh served as a product lead at theSkimm and worked in media strategy and business development at the NFL. He began his career in investment banking at Lazard.
