By registering for or attending the Safal Summit ("Summit"), you ("Attendee") agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Registration
Tickets and registrations are personal to the Attendee and are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by Safal in writing.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the policy communicated at the time of ticket purchase. If no refund policy is specified, all sales are considered final. For special circumstances, contact admin@safal-network.org and we will work with you case-by-case.
Hotel Reservations
Hotel reservations purchased through Safal are subject to the deadlines and policies stated on the booking page. Reservations close on the date listed publicly.
Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Safal cancels the Summit, our liability is limited to a refund of ticket fees (if any) paid to Safal. Safal is not responsible for incidental costs such as travel or accommodations booked independently.
Conduct
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves with the values the Summit is built on — respect, integrity, and Gurmat-rooted leadership. Safal reserves the right to remove any Attendee whose behavior is disruptive or disrespectful to others.
Media & Photography
The Summit is photographed and filmed. By attending, you grant Safal a non-exclusive license to use your likeness in event recaps, marketing, and educational materials. If you'd prefer not to be photographed, let us know at the registration desk and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the United States.
